Life path number calculator

Enter your date of birth to find your life path number, the most important number in numerology, and read what it says about you.

How to calculate your life path number

Reduce the month, the day and the year of your birth separately, then add the three results and reduce again. Stop at 11, 22 or 33, the master numbers.

Example: 14 March 1992. Month 3 stays 3. Day 14 becomes 1 + 4 = 5. Year 1992 becomes 1 + 9 + 9 + 2 = 21, then 2 + 1 = 3. Then 3 + 5 + 3 = 11, a master number, so the life path is 11.

Frequently asked questions

What is a life path number?

It is the single digit (or master number 11, 22 or 33) you get by adding up your date of birth. In numerology it describes your core personality and the main lessons of your life.

Which life path number is the rarest?

The master numbers 11, 22 and 33 are the rarest, because they only appear when the sum stops exactly on them. Among single digits, the frequency depends on birth dates and is roughly even.

Can my life path number change?

No. It comes from your date of birth, so it stays the same all your life. Other numbers, like your personal year, change every year.
